About Me
Hi, I'm Genelle the director of Elegant Spaces
I have a deep-seated passion for interiors that dates back to my childhood. Even as a little girl, I loved exploring showhomes and dreaming about the possibilities within each space. This early fascination naturally evolved into a career in design, where I initially specialized in designing carpets. This foundation gave me a unique perspective on textures, patterns, and the pivotal role that flooring plays in the overall aesthetic of a room.
Working with local developers and homeowners throughout Worcestershire, The Cotswolds and West Midlands Elegant Spaces specialise in transforming properties to maximise their market appeal and attract potential buyers.
Our comprehensive home staging services include providing and arranging furniture to create inviting, functional spaces along with enhancing each room with tasteful soft furnishings and accessories. Ensuring your property leaves a lasting impression with your potential buyers. Then when the sold sign goes up we will remove all furniture, accessories and even hoover round before we leave without you having to do a thing.
“The magic of staging lies in its ability to transform a house into a dream home that buyers can see themselves living in.”
WHAT IS HOME STAGING?
Home staging is the process of preparing and decorating a house for sale in a way that highlights its best features and makes it more attractive to potential buyers encouraging them to make an offer.
Our furniture and accessory rental packages will let your potential buyers visualise themselves.
WHY HOME STAGE?
Empty houses can appear cold, soulless and uninviting to prospective buyers. Buyers also struggle to visualise how the space could be used.
Staging helps create an immediate positive impact when potential buyers first see the property either online or in person, helping them visualise themselves living in the home.
Staged homes tend to sell faster that non-staged homes, improved presentation can lead to quicker offers reducing the time the property spends on the market and often with higher offers.
